Ever dream of large fish swimming around your container gardens? I did after I saw these wonderful ceramic fish, handmade by Tyson Weiss in Falmouth, Maine.
"Fish in the Garden," are stunningly beautiful and very kinetic. The larger the group, the more movement they seem to create. You can put them on rods (also beautifully crafted) so they seem to be swimming through the air, or set them down on the soil. They also look fabulous swimming across a wall.
They come in several colors and patterns, some realistic and some whimsical - think orange polka dots. They now even come in steel. There are a number of species to choose from - trout and salmon and bass, to name a few.
They would make a great unifying design element if you you had a school of them swimming through a series of container gardens.

This is a very clever idea. One I had not thought of, but will consider.
