Watering Reusable Grocery Bag Container

Hot and windy days are the bane of container gardening. The last few days have been 90s, dry and windy and it seems like my containers and straw bale gardens are drying out in a nanosecond.
I am already watering some of my containers twice a day and my plants are still relatively small. Once they grow and fill in their containers, they will suck up more water than I sometimes think is possible so I will have to be even more vigilant about making sure they don't get parched.
