Celery Grown from the Bottom of a Bunch

When I started this project, I had no idea how cool and addicting it would be. It is so ridiculously and loveably simple that absolutely anyone can do it. It's also a fantastic project to do with kids because the celery sprouts uncannily fast.
Basically, you cut the bottom off a bunch of celery (the part you usually throw away), sprout it, then pot it up. I also had no idea how many things you could do with celery leaves, including making your own celery salt.

What fun and tasty projects, I’ll have to give both of these a try since I have a dehydrator, bet its great for soups (both cooked and raw)
