Growing Celery Indoors

I love projects and growing things that are ridiculously easy. While there is no such thing as "foolproof" or any guarantees in gardening, some things are easier than others. I've put together a list of plants to grow inside that you can do with kids. However, to be honest, even though my kids aren't really kids anymore, I keep doing it, because every time I grow something I feel happy. And in the middle of winter, seeing stuff grow is particularly cool.
