Easy Container Garden - Adding Soil to Railing Box Container Garden

Add about an inch of soil to your railing box. For this container garden, I've chosen to use an organic soil that has fertilizer already mixed in. If you are using potting soil without fertilizer, mix in a slow release fertilizer, following the directions on the bag or box.
